摘要
目的探索妇产科住院医师规范化培训的方法,提高住院医师培训质量。方法回顾性分析近2年来妇产科导师制培训模式的效果,从学生管理,临床工作,科研活动及定期考核四个方面进行评价。结果对接受规范化培训的住院医师进行教学问卷调查,其中常规培训组12名,导师制培训组11名;结果提示导师制培训组住院医师在临床、科研等综合能力方面较常规培训组均有较明显提高。结论完善和实施导师制住院医师规范化培训可以提升专业医师的培养质量。
Objectives To explore the methods of standardization training among resident doctors in department of gynecology and obstetrics, and improve the quality of resident training. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in our department to investigate the effect of the mentorship training mode in recent two years. The results were evaluated from four aspects including the student management, clinical work, scientific research activities and the regular assess. Results A questionnaire survey was conducted on the resident doctors who received standardization training, in which there were 12 doctors in the traditional training group while 11 in the tutorial system group. The ability of resident doctors in tutorial system group had improved obviously in aspects of clinical work, scientific research and other comprehensive qualities compared with the traditional group. Conclusions The Improvement and implementation of tutorial system in the standardized training of resident doctors could promote the professional training quality of them.
