摘要
急诊医学是一门新兴的具有多专业性质的临床边缘学科。急诊科作为急诊医学的主体,肩负着急诊临床教学研究的重任,是住院医师规范化培训的重要基地。急诊科临床抢救任务繁重,极易发生医患纠纷。及时有效的进行医患沟通是急诊科住院医师一项必备的临床技能,同时也是建立和谐医患关系的前提。采用病例导入式教学与以问题为基础的学习相结合的方式,可以充分调动学生的积极性,取得良好的教学效果。本文总结急诊科住院医师医患沟通能力教学的技巧,浅析并分享相关教学经验。
Emergency medicine is a newly clinical interdisciplinary subject. As the main body of emergency medicine, the emergency department has the responsibility of clinical teaching and researching, and it is also the important base of the standardized training of resident doctors in China. With the burdensome and heavy clinical rescue tasks, it has huge potential to occur doctor-patient disputes frequently in emergency department. Therefore, timely and effective communication between doctor and patients, the premise of establishing a harmonious relationship, is an essential skill for residents in emergency department. We mobilized the enthusiasm of students and obtained good teaching effect through combination of case-based learning and problem-based learning. We summarized our teaching skills on doctor-patient communication in this article, and also briefly analyzed as well as shared related teaching experience in emergency department.
