Prof. YIN Kejing's Experience in Treating 68 Cases of Toothache by Acupionts Puncture

目的观察针刺牙痛点穴治疗牙痛的临床疗效。方法将68例患者随机分为两组。治疗组34例采用针刺牙痛点穴治疗;对照组34例采用常规取穴针刺治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为94.12%,对照组为73.53%,两者比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针刺牙痛点穴治疗牙痛疗效优于常规取穴治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture on toothache. Methods The 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each, the treatment group punctured the toothache points and the con- trol group needled the points selected by the conventional methods. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.12 %, while that of control group was 75.53 %, which showed a significant difference （ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The curative effect of puncturing the toothache points is superior to the conventional acupuncture.
