通腑行气活血方灌肠在急性胰腺炎治疗中的作用

The Effects of Enema Therapy with Viscera-smoothing,Qi-promoting and Blood-activating Formula on Acute Pancreatitis

目的观察通腑行气活血方灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将我院2009年9月-2013年9月住院确诊的急性胰腺炎患者86例随机分为治疗组和对照组，在西药治疗的基础上，治疗组给予中药通腑行气活血方保留灌肠，对照组采用甘油灌肠剂保留灌肠，每日观察患者腹痛、腹胀、反跳痛情况及血淀粉酶，记录患者症状和体征完全消除、血淀粉酶恢复正常的时间。结果治疗组腹痛、腹胀、反跳痛消失及血淀粉酶恢复时间明显优于对照组，痊愈时间明显缩短。结论通腑行气活血方保留灌肠在急性胰腺炎治疗中有临床应用价值。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of enema therapy with Viscera-smoothing, Qi-promoting and Blood-activating Formula on acute pancreatitis. Methods： The 86 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis hospitalized from September 2009 to September 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treated by west- ern medicine, the treatment group was given retention enema with Viscera-smoothing, Qi-promoting and Blood-activa- ting Formula, and the control group with glycerine. The abdominal pain, abdominal distention, rebound tenderness and blood amylase of patients were observed every day and the time the patients＇ symptoms and signs completely disappeared and blood amylase returned to normal levels were recorded. Results： The time the symptoms of abdominal pain, abdomi- nal distention, rebound tenderness and blood amylase recovered to normal conditions in the treatment group was better than those in the control group and the healing time significantly shortened~ Conclusion： Clinically, the enema with Vis- cera-smoothing, Qi-promoting and Blood-activating Formula is valuable in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
