扶正清疣汤内服外洗联合二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effects of Healthy Qi-strengthening and Warts-eliminating Decoction and CO_2 Laser on Condyloma Acuminatum

目的观察扶正清疣汤内服外洗联合二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法纳入我科收治的尖锐湿疣患者123例，根据治疗方法分为治疗组55例和对照组68例，对照组采用CO2激光联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗，治疗组在CO2激光治疗基础上配合扶正清疣汤内服外洗治疗，随访3个月，观察两组复发情况及不良反应。结幂治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为89．09％和91．18％，两组间差异没有统计学意义（P〉0．05）；随访3个月期间内，对照组累计6例复发，总复发率为8．82％；治疗组累计6例复发，总复发率为10．91％，复发多在治疗后3—5周。治疗组第2周复发率显著高于对照组，但两组之间复发率差异没有统计学意义（P〉0．05），4周以后两组复发率没有显著差异（P〉0．05）。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论扶正清疣汤内服外洗联合CO2激光治疗CA可以提高临床疗效，降低复发率。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Healthy Qi-strengthening and Warts-eliminating Decoction combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods： The 123 cases of patients with condyloma acuminatum consulting in our department were divided into 55 cases of observation group and 68 cases of control group ac- cording to therapeutic methods. The control group were treated with C02 laser combined 5 - amino ketones pentanoic acid photodynamic therapy and the treatment group on the basis of laser treatment were added Healthy Qi-strengthening and Warts-eliminating Decoction. After 3 months follow-up, the condition of relapse and adverse reactions in both groups were observed. Results： The healing rates of the treatment and control groups were 89.09 % and 91.18 % respectively and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ） ; during 3 months follow-up, 6 ca- ses suffered a relapse and the total recurrence rate was 8.82 % in the control group, while 6 cases suffered a relapse and the total recurrence rate was 8.82 % in the treatment group, and the relapse mainly occurred after 3 to 5 weeks treatment. The recurrence rate of the treatment group in the second week was significantly higher than that of the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ）, and there was no significant difference between the two groups after 4 weeks （P〉0.05）. Meanwhile, no serious adverse reaction occurred in both groups. Con- dusion： The combination of Healthy Qi-strengthening and Warts-eliminating Decoction with CO2 laser in treatment of condyloma acuminatum can improve its clinical curative effect and reduce its recurrence rate.
