摘要
目的研究流苏虾脊兰叶中挥发性化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取流苏虾脊兰叶中挥发油。利用GC-MS测试其化学成分。结幂通过检索从挥发油中鉴定出19种物质,占总成分的94.40%,主要成分为:4-乙烯基-2-甲氧基苯酚(60.33%)、正十六酸(13.10%)、十八-9-炔酸(14.56%)。结论流苏虾脊兰叶中主要挥发性化学成分为4-乙烯基-2-甲氧基苯酚、正十六酸、十八-9-炔酸。
Objective: To study the .ridge volatile chemical components containing in the leaves of calanthe alpina. Methods: The volatile oils in the leaves of calanthe alpina were extracted by steam distillation and its chemical composi- tions were tested by GC-MS. Results: There were 19 kinds of substances extracted from the volatile oil, accounting for 94.40 % in the total components, and their main ingredients were 4-vinyl-2-methoxy phenol (60.33 % ), n-hexade- canoic (13.10 % ), and 18-9-acetylene acid (14.56 % ). Conclusion: The main volatile chemical components in the leaves of calanthe alpina are 4-vinyl-2-methoxy phenol, n-hexadecanoic and 18-9-acetylene acid.
