Rules of Acupoints for Treating Low Back Disorder in Acupuncture Verses

目的:探索临床治疗相关针灸歌赋中腰部病证的治疗用穴规律,以指导腰部病证的临床治疗。方法:选择治疗类相关的17首针灸歌赋,建立了"临床治疗相关的针灸歌赋数据库",以"腰"为检索词进行病位检索,并对检索结果进行分析。结果:在数据库纳入的针灸治疗相关的歌赋中,涉及腰部病证治疗的歌赋为13首,涉及处方36张,去其重复,共有处方30张,涉及穴位31个(58穴次,包括1个经外奇穴),涉及经脉11条,涉及病证名称主要为腰痛、腰腿痛、腰痠、腰背痛、少腹痛连及腰部、腰软等。结论:在临床治疗相关的针灸歌赋中,腰部病证针灸用穴有循经取穴、远道取穴、阳经取穴的特点;环跳、委中、足三里为治疗腰部病证的常用穴,并可根据不同兼证辨证选用肾俞、昆仑、身柱、水沟、风市、行间、大都、地五会等穴。

Objective：To explore the rules of acupoints for treating low back disorder in acupuncture verses . Mtehods：17 acupuncture verses were selected to form a database , and the data were retrieved from the data-base with the key word of“low back” and the analysis was done on the basis of search results .Rseult s：In acu-puncture verses, there were 13 verses referring to treatment of low back disorders, including 36 acupoints pre-scription, in which 6 verses were repeated, involving 31 acupoints （58 acupoints number, including one extra acupoint） and 11 meridians.The major diseases included low back pain, umbocrural pain, low back soreness, back and low back pain, lower abdominal and low back pain and low back weakness.Conclusion：The charac-teristics of treating low back disorders in acupuncture verses included selecting acupoint along meridians, selec-ting acupoint from the distal area and selecting acupoints from Yang meridians.Huantiao （GB 30）, Weizhong （BL 40） and Zusanli （ ST36） can be the basic acupoints for treating low back disorders ;Shenshu （BL 23）, Kunlun （BL 60）, Shenzhu （GV 12）, Shuigou （GV26）, Fengshi （BL 12）, Xingjian （LR 2）, Dadu （SP 2） and Diwuhui （ GB 42 ） can be selected according to the syndrome differentiation.
