不同注意状态及性别对听觉事件相关电位P3影响的研究

摘要 目的探讨性别及不同注意状态与听觉事件相关电位P3的关系,考察这些因素对P3潜伏期、振幅的影响,研究P3的临床应用价值。方法选取听力正常在校大学生40例,男女各20例(40耳)。分别在标准状态(听觉)、阅读状态(听觉加视觉)和味觉状态(听觉加味觉)下进行听觉事件相关电位P3测试,记录测试结果。结果①性别对P3潜伏期和振幅无影响(P〉0.05);②三种状态下P3潜伏期和振幅无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论听觉事件相关电位P3是一客观稳定的电生理检测指标,不受性别及注意状态影响,推测可在低龄受试者P3测试中适当给予其感兴趣的刺激以帮助测试顺利进行。 Objective To observe the effects of genders and attention on the latencies and amplitudes of P3 and to assess the potential clinical value of P3. Methods Forty normal-hearing college students were selected as the subjects, including 20 males and 20 females (40 ears). The P3s were recorded under the standard (auditory), reading (auditory and visual) and tasting (auditory and tasting) status respectively. Results Genders had no significant effects on the latencies and amplitudes of P3 (P〉0.05). There was no significant difference in P3 latencies and amplitudes among the three status (P〉0.05). Conclusion The P3 component of auditory event-related potential is a stable and objective electrophysiological parameter. There was no significant difference in P3 between young men and women. It is supposed that appropriate attractive stimulations can be helpful in performing P3 test for pediatric subjects.
