听觉口语法家长讲座对听障儿童家长教学技巧与动机的影响 被引量:3

The Influence of the Experienced Parents Sharing Program on Improving Teaching Skills and Motivation of Parents in the Early Stage of Intervention

摘要 目的探讨听觉口语法家长经验分享讲座对听障儿童主要照顾者教学技巧及教学动机的影响。方法采用自编问卷对个案听觉口语师进行调查,教师评估对象为20名初进入康复机构参与早期干预的听障儿童照顾者,共计施测2次,分别干活动前及活动1个月后对个案学习表现、亲师关系及家长效能3个维度进行评分。结果家长的干预积极度(t=-2.349,P=.030)、情境教学能力(t=-5.627,P=.000)及亲师关系(t=-3.249,P=.004)两次调查结果皆达显著差异,个案儿童的说话能力也有显著提升(t=-3.322,P=.004)。结论家长效能及教学类化能力通过家长经验分享讲座得到有效提升,家长的情境教学类化能力、干预积极度、亲师关系以及个案说话能力在活动参与后也有明显提升。 Objective To explore the influence of experienced parents sharing program on improving teaching skills and motivation of parents in the early stage of intervention. Methods Twenty parents of hearing-impaired children in the early stage of auditory-verbal therapy who participated in the experienced parents sharing program were recruited from Children's Hearing Foundation. The children's language ability, parent-therapist relationships, teaching skills and motivation of parents were evaluated by their therapists before and one month after the experienced parents sharing program. Results Significant differences were found in the teaching motivation (t=-2.349,P=.030), teaching skills (t=-5.627,P=.000), parent- therapist relationships(t=-3.249,P=.004) and children's language ability(t=-3.322,P=.004). Conclusion Parents' teaching motivation, teaching skills, parent-therapist relationship and children's language ability are improved effectively by experienced parents sharing program.
