听障儿童人工耳蜗术后有意义听觉整合量表结果分析

The Results of Meaningful Auditory Integration Scale in Hearing-impaired Children after Cochlear Implantation

目的了解人工耳蜗植入对听障儿童听觉发育的影响。方法选用有意义听觉整合量表（教师版）对106名人工耳蜗植入儿童的康复教师进行调查，调查时间为人工耳蜗开机3、6、9、12个月，按照年龄将儿童分为2～3岁、4～5岁，6～8岁3组，获得不同时期的有意义听觉整合量表（meaningful auditory integration scale，MAIS）评分结果。结果同一年龄组听障儿童随着康复时间的延长，有意义听觉能力显著提高，总体呈向上的趋势；在康复3个月和6个月后，3个年龄组间MAIS得分两两之间存在显著差异（P〈0．05）；当康复12个月时，各年龄组之间的差异无显著统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论人工耳蜗植入对语前聋听障儿童听觉发育有积极影响，人工耳蜗植入年龄越小、术后康复时间越长，其听觉能力进步速度越快。笔者建议听觉能力评估应每3个月进行一次，并追踪1年以上，以便合理制订康复目标和方案。

Oblective To study the effects of cochlear implantation on auditory development of hearing-impaired children. Methods The meaningful auditory integration scale （MAIS） for teachers was used to interview the rehabilitation teachers of 106 hearing-impaired children 3, 6,9 and 12 months after having cochlear implants switched on. The children were divided into 3 groups＇2-3-year-old group, 4-5-year-old group and 6-8-year-old group. The MAIS scores of these children were obtained at different stages. Results The auditory abilities of hearing-impaired children were improved significantly with increasing rehabilitation time. There were significant differences in MAIS scores among the three groups after 3 and 6 months of rehabilitation （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference after 12 months of rehabilitation（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Cochlear implantation has a positive impact on the auditory development of prelingually hearing-impaired children. The younger the age at implantation and the longer the rehabilitation time, the better and the faster the progress. It is proposed that the auditory abilities should be assessed every three months and for one year so as to develop reasonable rehabilitation goals and plans.
