摘要
目的:分析热毒宁注射液不良反应/不良事件(ADR/ADE)发生的原因,为规范热毒宁注射液的使用提供参考。方法:收集我院2012年1月至2013年12月上报的热毒宁注射液ADR/ADE病例,对ADR/ADE发生的情况进行总结、分析。结果:2012,2013年我院热毒宁注射液ADR/ADE分别发生37例(30.83%),22例(12.35%),临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最常见。ADR/ADE病例中以联合用药未冲管最为多见,2012年与2013年分别为70.27%,54.55%。结论:热毒宁注射液ADR/ADE较为常见,规范热毒宁注射液的输液操作及使用,可以降低ADR/ADE的发生。
Objective：To analyze the causes of adverse drug reactions/events（ADRs/ADEs） of reduning injection and to provide a reference for the standardization of application of reduning injection.Methods：The ADR/ADR cases of reduning injection reported from January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were collected and the ADR/ADE occurrence was analyzed.Results：About 37（30.83%） cases and 22（12.35%） cases of ADR/ADE occurred in 2012 and 2013.The clinical manifestations were mainly skin and its accessory damage.Most ADRs/ADEs were caused by using the perfusion tube which was not re-rinsed after combined use of drugs,which accounted for 70.27% and 54.55% in 2012 and 2013 respectively.Conclusion：The ADRs/ADEs of reduning injection were common in our hospital.The standardization of transfusion and application of reduning injection can reduce the related occurrence of ADR/ADE.
