龙胆和黄芩对脾胃虚寒模型大鼠的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察2种常见的苦寒药物龙胆、黄芩不同剂量水煎液对脾胃虚寒模型大鼠的影响。方法采用灌胃给药冷白醋和精炼猪油制造脾胃虚寒实验大鼠模型,以龙胆、黄芩2种苦寒药物不同剂量的水煎液为受试药物,通过检测胃酚红排空率、胃重指数以及血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)指标情况观察2种苦寒药物对脾胃虚寒模型大鼠的影响。结果龙胆中、低剂量及黄芩低剂量能显著提高胃酚红排空率(P<0.05),龙胆中剂量能显著降低胃重指数(P<0.05);龙胆中剂量能显著升高血清GAS含量(P<0.05),龙胆中、低剂量能显著升高血清MTL含量(P<0.05),龙胆中剂量、黄芩低剂量能显著提高血清PGE2含量(P<0.05)。结论龙胆中、低剂量及黄芩低剂量对脾胃虚寒模型大鼠具有一定的治疗作用,能改善胃相关指标;龙胆高剂量及黄芩高、中剂量无显著作用。 Objective To observe the effect of decoction of gentian and skullcap on rats with insufficiency-cold in spleen and stomach. Methods We set up the insufficiency-cold in spleen and stomach model of rats by intragastric administration with cold vinegar and refined lard, with gentian and skullcap decoction as the test drugs, to observe the effect of the 2 drugs in the rat insufficiency-cold in spleen and stomach model by detecting indicators of gastric emptying, gastric mass index and serum gastrin(GAS), motilin(MTL), and prostaglandin E2(PGE2). ResultsGentian middle dose, low dose and skullcap low dose significantly increased the rate of gastric emptying of phenol red(P〈0.05), gentian middle dose significantly reduced the stomach weight index(P〈0.05); gentian middle dose increased the content of GAS(P〈0.05), gentian middle dose and low dose increased the content of MTL(P〈0.05), while gentian middle dose and skullcap low dose significantly increased the content of PGE2(P〈0.05). ConclusionGentian middle dose and low dose and skullcap low dose have good therapeutic effect on insufficiency-cold in spleen and stomach rats, and improve related indicators for the stomach. Gentian high dose and skullcap high dose and middle dose have no significant effect on insufficiency-cold in spleen and stomach rats.
