痰热清与头孢呋辛联合用药治疗肺炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Tanreqing combined with cefuroxime in the treatment of pneumonia

目的探讨痰热清与头孢呋辛联合用药治疗肺炎的临床效果。方法 160例肺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组给予头孢呋辛治疗,观察组给予痰热清联合头孢呋辛治疗。对比两组疗效。结果对照组总有效率为82.50%,观察组总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组,经比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间及胸片完全吸收时间与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论痰热清与头孢呋辛联合用药治疗肺炎的临床效果确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tanreqing combined with cefuroxime in the treatment of pneumonia. Methods A total of 160 pneumonia patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group received cefuroxime for treatment, and the observation group received Tanreqing combined with cefuroxime for treatment. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The control group had total effective rate as 82.50%, and the observation group had total effective rate as 93.75%, which was much higher than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance, P〈0.05. The differences of fever subsidence time, cough disappeared time, pulmonary rales disappearance time and chest completely absorbed time had statistical significance between the observation group and control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Combination of Tanreqing and cefuroxime provide precise clinical effect in treating pneumonia, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
