摘要
目的探讨自体脂肪隆胸术的临床效果以及应用价值。方法 90例患者进行自体脂肪组织隆胸手术,观察手术效果。结果所有患者在接受手术后均无血肿等并发症,术中的抽吸部位在术后明显缩小,患者术后的脐孔腹围平均缩小(16.5±2.6)cm,臀围平均缩小(8.7±0.9)cm,大腿平均缩小(8.1±0.6)cm。而患者在术后的胸围平均增长了(8.9±1.2)cm。结论采用自体脂肪组织隆胸的方法无需手术切口,操作方便、患者疼痛小、并发症少,效果确切,满意度高,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and application value of autologous fat breast augmentation. Methods There were 90 patients undergoing autologous fat breast augmentation, and their surgical effects were observed. Results All patients had no complications as hematoma after operation. Suction area was obviously decreased after operation, and patients had average reduced abdominal circumference as（16.5±2.6） cm, hip circumference as（8.7±0.9） cm, and thigh circumference as（8.1±0.6） cm. They had average increased chest circumference as（8.9±1.2） cm. Conclusion Implement of autologous fat breast augmentation requires no surgical incision, and it is easily operational with few pain and complications. This method contains precise effect and high satisfaction, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
