阿奇霉素联合甲基泼尼松龙治疗难治性支原体肺炎的临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨阿奇霉素联合甲基泼尼松龙治疗难治性支原体肺炎的临床效果与安全性。方法 70例难治性支原体肺炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患者应用阿奇霉素静脉输入治疗,观察组患者采用阿奇霉素联合甲基泼尼松龙进行静脉输入治疗。疗程结束后比较两组患者的治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、住院时间及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者总有效率为94.3%,对照组总有效率71.4%。两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组临床症状消失时间及住院时间相比较,观察组明显短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗难治性支原体肺炎中,应用阿奇霉素联合甲基泼尼松龙的方法 ,可以明显提高治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,缩短患者的住院时间,不良反应小,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
