摘要
This paper examines the explorations and practices of environmental- economic accounting in the international community, provides a comprehensive overview and evaluation of the nature and research progress of China＇s natural resources balance sheet, reviews the relevant systems of China＇s natural resources balance sheet and the development of ecological civilization, identifies the issues in the formulation of natural resources balance sheet and makes suggestions for improvement.
本文梳理了国际上有关环境经济核算的探索与实践，对我国自然资源资产负债表的性质、研究进展进行较为全面的梳理与评价，总结了我国自然资源资产负债表与生态文明建设的相关制度，提出编制自然资源资产负债表应注意的问题与建议。
