摘要
随着社交网络时代的到来,用户知识交流与利用形态正处于新的变革之中,基于用户知识贡献形成的网络问答社区服务已成为人们日常寻求问题解答,满足自身信息需求的一种重要途径。本文从用户信息行为的角度对网络问答社区研究的相关成果进行综述,认为网络问答社区用户信息行为可以具体理解为三种知识行为模式,分别是:知识搜寻行为、知识贡献行为和知识采纳行为。本文对涉及这三种行为模式的网络问答社区研究工作进行了较为全面和详细的梳理、归纳,肯定了目前研究的成果,同时指出了相关研究中的不足之处和未来研究的方向。
With he advent of the web 2.0 age, the form of knowledge communication and usage is changing. Social Q & A community service which is generated by user knowledge contribution becomes an important tool for users to seek answers and satisfy their own information need in their daily life. This study summarized the relevant conclusions of previous researches on social Q&A communities from the perspective of user information behavior, finding out three modes of users' knowledge behavior, including knowledge seeking behavior, knowledge contributing behavior and knowledge adopting behavior respectively. This study organized and summarized prior studies referring these three modes comprehensively and concretely, evaluating and accepting previous research findings. In the meantime, some gaps in relevant researches and future research directions were given in this study.
