HPLC法对杏桔合剂中桔梗皂苷D的含量测定研究

HPLC Method for Determination of Platycodin D in Apricot Orange Mixture

目的：建立杏桔合剂中桔梗皂苷D的含量测定方法,为杏桔合剂的质量控制提供量化参考。方法：采用HPLC方法测定桔梗皂苷D的含量。结果：桔梗皂苷D在0.5~8μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程：y=238632x＋10382,r=0.9997,加样回收率93.64%,RSD=1.54%。结论：应用HPLC测定杏桔合剂中桔梗皂苷D含量的方法可行,可以作为其质量控制的参考依据。

Objective： To establish content determination method of platycodin D in apricot orange mixture so as to provide quantitative information for quality control of apricot orange mixture. Methods： HPLC was used to determine contents of platycodin D. Results： Platycodin D in the range 0. 5 ~ 8ug had good linear relationship,and the regression equation was： y = 238632 x ＋ 10382,r = 0. 9997,recovery was 93. 64%,RSD = 1. 54%. Conclusion： The method of HPLC to determine Platycodin D in apricot orange mixture is feasible,and it can be used as a reference for its quality control.
