经阴道彩超和宫腔镜检查诊断子宫内膜息肉的效果对比

By comparison of transvaginal sonography and hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of uterine endometrial polyps effect

目的分析与比较经阴道彩超与宫腔镜在子宫内膜息肉诊断中的效果。方法对69例疑似患有子宫内膜息肉的患者给予宫腔镜检查(实验组)与经阴道彩超检查(对照组),将其检查结果与病理组织检查结果相比。结果经病理组织检查,69例均确诊为子宫内膜息肉;实验组子宫内膜息肉的诊断准确率(92.75%)与对照组的诊断准确率(81.16%)相比,存在显著性的差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床子宫内膜息肉疾病的诊断上,经阴道彩超是一种无创伤检查手段,对这一疾病的诊断有一定的应用价值,但相对于宫腔镜检查而言,其诊断准确率较低,可将其用于最初的筛查;宫腔镜是诊断该疾病的一种有效手段,诊断准确率高,值得大力推广。

Objective：Analysis and comparison of transvaginal sonography and hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of endome-trial polyp disease effect. Methods：Given the hysteroscopy in 69 patients with suspected uterine endometrial polyps（ experi-mental group）and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination（ control group）,and the test results compared with the histopathologic results. Results：The pathological examination,69 cases were diagnosed as endometrial polyps;diagno-sis accurate rate of the experimental group of uterine endometrial polyps（92. 75%）the accurate rate of diagnosis and con-trol group（81. 16%）compared,there were significant differences,with statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：In the clinical diagnosis of endometrial polyp disease,transvaginal ultrasound is a non-invasive examination means,have certain application value in diagnosis of this disease,but compared with hysteroscopy,its accuracy is low,which can be used for the initial screening;hysteroscopy is an effective means to the diagnosis of the disease,high accuracy rate of diag-nosis,it is worth to popularize.
