免疫抑制剂治疗重症狼疮性肾炎并发肺部感染的护理

Nursing care of immunosuppressant in treatment of severe lupus nephritis complicated with pulmonary infection

目的探讨分析免疫抑制剂治疗重症狼疮性肾炎并发肺部感染的护理。方法选取我院2013年1-12月间收治的30例给予综合护理的免疫抑制剂治疗的重症狼疮性肾炎并发肺部感染患者作为观察组,另选取2012年1-12月间收治的30例给予常规护理的患者作为对照组,观察比较两组的疗效和满意度。结果在疗效和满意度方面比较,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论对免疫抑制剂治疗重症狼疮性肾炎并发肺部感染的患者给予综合护理,有利于疗效和满意度提高,值得推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the nursing of immunosuppressant in treatment of severe lupus nephritis complicat-ed with pulmonary infection. Methods：In our hospital during January and December,2013 the treated 30 cases of patients with immunosuppressive therapy given comprehensive nursing care of severe lupus nephritis complicated with pulmonary in-fection were in the observation group,and 30 cases of the patients given routine nursing from January and December 2012 were in the control group,and the curative effect and satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results：In the compari-son of the efficacy and satisfaction,the observation group was better than the control group,P〈0. 05,and had statistical significance. Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing care on the immunosuppressive drugs in the treatment of severe lupus ne-phritis complicated with pulmonary infection patients,is conducive to improve the efficacy and satisfaction,it is worthy of popularization and application.
