美国技术贸易壁垒对我国纺织品服装行业出口的影响及对策研究

美国作为我国纺织品服装产品的主要出口地区,它的纺织品服装技术法规是国际法规体系中比较完善的,而我国的纺织品服装的法律法规和强制性标准与美国还存在着很大的差距,这就给我国的纺织品服装出口企业造成了很大的困扰,形成技术贸易壁垒,影响我国服装行业出口贸易的发展。本文通过分析美国和我国纺织品服装的法律法规和强制性标准体系的不同,以及我国纺织品服装出口企业所面临的主要技术贸易壁垒,分别从政府层面、行业层面和企业层面提出对策和建议。

As the main export region of Chinese textile and garment, the technical laws and regulations of America are more perfect in the international laws and regulations system than other countries. But our laws, regulations and mandatory standards still have a big gap with the America＇s, which wilt give our country textile and garrnent export enterprises caused a lot of trouble and the formation of technical barriers to trade, have affected the development of export trade of garment industry in our country. This paper mainly analyzes the difference, as well as the main technical barriers to trade of Chinese export enterprises facing. It puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, respectively from the government level, industry level and enterprise level, which is very important practical significance to promote the development of our country textile and garment industry in the future as well as its foreign trade.
