摘要
在此论述了嵌入式车载终端的存储系统抗干扰设计方法。以车载终端在现实工作环境中所遇故障为例,分析温度、文件系统、芯片质量及存储电路设计等几种疑似故障原因并列出论证方法,通过改进NANDFLASH的设计电路,增加电容以保障存储系统端口电压从而达到稳定电路的目的,可以方便地扩充到同类系统的设计方案中。在实际工作环境中,实验证明了方案的有效性。
The design methods for anti-interference of storage system in embedded vehicle-mounted terminal are discussed in this paper. Taking the vehicle-mounted terminal fault encountered in the real work environment as an example,the suspected fault causes in the aspects of temperature,file system,chip quality and storage circuit design are analyzed and the fault demon-stration method is listed. The design can be easily extended to the similar systems by improving NANDFLASH circuit and in-creasing the capacitance to ensure port voltage stability of the storage system. The effectiveness of the scheme was demonstrated in the actual work environment and experiment.
