Under the new economic normality, the economy of Hunan gets to enter into the strategic development of ＂One belt, one road＂ , and to quickly develop its cooperation with the surrounding countries and regions is of much vital role. We should have a full awareness of the existing problems in the cooperation between surrounding countries and regions, and then deepen the reform by actively taking countermeasures so as to promote the cooperation.
