大学生电子设计创新实验室的建设与管理

Construction and Management of College Students Electronic Design Innovation Lab

当代社会对于高等院校人才培养质量提出了很高的要求,其中尤其注重大学生实践能力的培养。通过开放实验室创造实践条件是提升大学生实践能力的重要手段之一,结合目前高校大学生创新实验室的建设情况,以东北林业大学大学生创新实验室为例,分析了大学生电子设计创新实验室的建设投入情况,为此类创新实验的建设提供了参考依据。同时探讨了日常工作中的管理方法,提出了利用项目化、精细化加强实验室日常管理的工作思路,为本科人才培养质量的提升创造了条件。

The contemporary society for college talent training demands a very high quality,especially pay attention to the culti- vation of college students＇ practical ability among them. Through the open laboratory creation practice condition is one of the important means to enhance the practical ability of the students, combining the construction of currently college students elec- tronic design innovation lab in universities, take that lab in electromechanical engineering college of northeast forestry university for example,the construction investments of college students electronic design innovation lab are analyzed,and the analysis re- sult sets the theoretical base on the construction of the lab of this type,meanwhile,the management methods in daily work are discussed,strengthen daily management of lab by projectization and subtilized,build favorable innovation practice environment, and promote the quality of undergraduate training.
