高校转型改革方向已明确,教育教学改革是学校转型的突破口,必须根据人才目标确立人才培养模式,以学生主体性发展为中心,突出学生职业素质的培养,创制"以学生主体性发展为中心、坚持培养学生职业素质与坚持改革教学、三步走的实践教学组织形式、四种考核方法"模式,也就是"一个中心、两个坚持、三步走、四种考核"的"一二三四"实践教学模式。

Teaching reform is the breakthrough of college transition. It is necessary to set up cultivation mode according to talent cultivation target. To create practice teaching mode o{ ＂one center,two persistence,three steps and four assessments＂ which means students＇ principal part--centered education, persisting in cultivating students~ professional quality and teaching reform, three--step practice teaching mode, four assessment methods.
