培养大学生就业法律意识的路径探析

在大学生就业指导课教学中加强法律教育,有利于大学生就业合法权益的维护,有利于大学生就业市场的规范有序运行,有利于大学生在今后的职业生涯中稳步前行。当前我国大学生就业法律指导工作存在教学内容单薄、教学形式单一、教育师资匮乏等现实问题与不足,必须合理确定就业法律指导课的教学重点,综合运用各种教育手段和教学方法,建立强有力的就业法律指导教学团队,方能改革完善大学生就业法律指导工作体系。

Strengthen the legal education in college students＂ employment guidance course teaching, is conducive to the mainte- nance of the legitimate rights and interests of university students＇ employment ; the specification and orderly running of the uni- versity students＇ employment market, is conducive to college students in the future career chugging along. Currently our coun- try university students＂ employment guidance law form a single thin teaching content, lack of teachers and many realistic prob- lem and deficiency, we must be reasonable employment law to guide the teaching emphasis, the integrated use of various means of education and teaching methods, building strong employment law to guide the teaching team, in order to improve the laws of the state of university students＇ employment system reform.
