警务实战训练工作作为人民警察队伍建设的内容之一,对提高警察队伍的综合素质具有促进作用。本文从警务实战训练工作的现状特点入手,进一步分析警务实战训练工作存在的问题,进而提出有效的解决对策,对提高警务人员的综合素质与专业技能、确保社会的安全稳定具有重要的意义。

As one of the contents of people＇s police construction, policing practice training enhance the promotion of police com- prehensive qualities. Seeing from the effect of policing practice training in recent years, we make a certain progress in policing practice training, whereas the long--term problem still remains. This paper focuses on the characteristics of police practical training, analyzes the problems in the field, so as to put forward the effective solutions, and has the significance of improving the comprehensive qualities of police staff and ensuring the security and stability of the society.
