伦理学视角下我国医患矛盾产生的原因及其化解路径分析

论述了医患矛盾的概念及其内涵,并对医患矛盾产生的伦理学原因进行了深入的分析。在此基础上,从宏观和微观视角探讨了化解医患矛盾的伦理路径,具体包括:宏观上,加快基本医疗卫生法进程,明确"公益性"回归路径,保障医疗正义;重视医学与健康投资,加大医学科普知识宣传力度,提高对医学局限性的科学认知。微观上,加快公立医院现代化管理改革,提升医务人员职业伦理素质,保障患者人格尊严;重视医患矛盾预警机制与患者利益表达路径建设,保障患者的正当、合法权益。

This paper discussed the concept and connotation of doctor - patient contradiction, anti me emlcs of doctor- patient conflicts reason carried on the thorough analysis. On this basis, from the macro and micro probes into the ethical path of resolving doctor- patient contradiction, specific include： the macro level, to accelerate the process of basic medical and health law, “public welfare” return path, to protect the justice of medical treatment; Attaches great importance to the medical and health investment, increase the medical popular science knowledge propaganda, to improve medical limitations of cognitive science. Micro level, accelerate the reform of public hospi- tal modernization management, improve the medical staff occupational ethics quality, safeguard human dignity; at- taches great importance to the doctor- patient contradiction early warning mechanism and the patients interests ex- pression path construction, guarantee justified and lawful rights and interests of patients.
