Importance of Doctor-patient Communication Courses in Clinical Medicine

通过分析目前一些医学院校临床沟通课程的现状及实践状况,强调了开展临床专业医患沟通课程的意义:有利于推进医学教育的改革,有利于塑造医学生人文精神,有利于提高临床教师的人文素养,有利于减少医疗纠纷。并针对临床交流课程未来的发展提出了以下建议:扩展内容,整合相关课程,改革教学方式,加大交流课程的重视力度。

By analyzing the present condition of communication courses in some medical colleges and universi- ties and the clinical practice situation, this paper emphasized the significance of the clinical professional courses ： it is beneficial to promote the reform of medical education, is advantageous to the medical students＇ humanistic spirit, to improve clinical teachers＇ humanistic quality, is helpful to reduce medical disputes. And on the future develop- ment of clinical communication course put forward the following suggestions： extended content, the integration of related courses, reform teaching methods, intensify communication course value.
