基于企业社会责任视角,促进企业文化建设——以食品企业为例

摘要 企业承担经济责任,能够促进物质文化建设,承担法律责任,能够促进制度文化建设,承担伦理责任,能够促进行为文化建设,承担慈善责任,能够促进精神文化建设。中国企业必须依靠企业文化的力量,在构建和谐社会的背景下和当前的市场环境下,将企业社会责任纳入到文化建设中去。充分认识和利用两者之间必然联系,基于企业社会责任,全面、高效发展企业文化,实现企业的长远发展。 Enterprise has the responsibility for economic, to promote the construction of material culture, legal responsibility, to promote the construction of institutional culture, ethical responsibility, can promote behavior cul- tural construction, charity responsibility, to promote the construction of spiritual culture. Chinese enterprises must rely on the power of the enterprise culture, under the background of building a harmonious society and the current market environment, corporate social responsibility into the cultural construction. Is a connection between fully un- derstand and use, based on corporate social responsibility, corporate culture, comprehensive and efficient develop- ment achieve the long - term development of the enterprise.
