摘要
目的观察氟保护漆(FP)对正畸治疗过程中牙釉质脱矿(ED)的预防作用。方法选择2011年3月至2013年2月在我院接受正畸治疗的患者68例,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组34例(508颗牙)在牙面粘结托槽后涂抹FP,每3个月涂抹一次;而对照组34例(522颗牙)则不使用FP保护。矫治后6个月、12个月通过患者临床视诊和激光龋齿诊断仪(DD)检测评估患者的ED程度。结果两组术前的脱矿指(EDI)和DD检测值相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后6个月和12个月的EDI分别为(0.045±0.032)和(0.087±0.053),对照组为(0.062±0.038)和(0.134±0.076),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后6个月和12个月的DD检测值分别为(4.19±0.76)和(5.53±0.78),对照组为(4.88±0.95)和(6.57±0.92),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗结束后脱矿检出率为5.5%(28/508),对照组为10.7%(56/522),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸治疗过程中使用FP对ED有较好的保护作用,是临床上有效的措施之一。
Objective To observe the preventive efficacy of fluor protector(FP) for enamel demineralization(ED) during orthodontic treatment. Methods Sixty-eight patients accepted orthodontic treatment in our hospital from March 2011 to February 2013 were selected, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with34 cases in each group. The 34 patients(508 teeth) in the observation group applied FP at tooth surface after bonding brackets, once every three months, while the 34 patients(522 teeth) in the control group did not used FP protection. Six months and 12 months after treatment, the degree of enamel demineralization was detected by clinical assessment of the patient's visual examination and the laser cavity detection system-DIAGNOdent(DD). Results The DD detection values and enamel demineralization index(EDI) before treatment showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). The EDI 6 months, 12 months after treatment were(0.045±0.032),(0.087±0.053) in the observation group and(0.062±0.038),(0.134±0.076) in the control group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05). DD detection values 6 months, 12 months after treatment were(4.19 ± 0.76),(5.53 ± 0.78) in the observation group and(4.88±0.95) and(6.57±0.92) in the control group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05). The detection rate of demineralization was 5.5%(28/508) in the observation group after therapy, significantly lower than 10.7%(56/522) in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of FP during orthodontic treatment can better protect enamel demineralization, which thus is one of the effective clinical measures.
