内镜下切开术联合支架置入治疗难治性食管良性狭窄的临床应用 被引量：17

摘要 大多数食管良性狭窄可通过球囊扩张治疗获得缓解，但仍有部分狭窄多次扩张治疗无效或短期内复发，即为难治性食管狭窄。内镜下切开术是一种治疗食管良性狭窄的新技术，国内外已有少量研究证实其在难治性食管狭窄治疗中的可行性、安全性及有效性。然而，研究多限于单发食管狭窄，且对于直径≥1．5cm的狭窄，单纯切开术疗效欠佳，需多次重复治疗。
