摘要
贲门失弛缓症是一种食管运动障碍性疾病,以食管缺乏蠕动和松弛不良为特征。贲门失弛缓症在西方人群发病率为1—2/10万人。该病病因还不完全清楚,研究表明,分布在食管远侧和食管下端括约肌(lower esophageal sphincter,LES)的抑制性肌间神经丛缺失,尤其是一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元和神经纤维的缺失,是导致LES松弛障碍的主要因素旧“。贲门失弛缓症的动物模型研究比较分散,且各有优缺点,本研究对近年来关于该病动物模型制备方法的情况做一综述。
