光化学组织粘合技术在创伤修复中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 目前组织损伤的传统修复方法大多采用针线缝合术,但缝线可产生异物反应,且穿针和打结不可避免地会对组织产生再次损伤,甚至破坏组织结构及毛细血管床,产生局部缺血或形成感染灶、炎症反应-纤维化,导致瘢痕形成.近年来,免缝合组织损伤修复技术引起广泛的研究并在临床应用.笔者就光化学组织粘合(photochemical tissue bonding,PTB)技术在不同组织损伤修复的相关研究进展进行综述.
