一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病与神经免疫的相关性研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病(DEACMP)与神经免疫的相关性。方法应用ELISA法测定30例DEACMP患者(DEACMP组)、27例急性一氧化碳中毒未发生迟发性脑病患者(ACOP组)及28例健康对照者(健康对照组)中血清IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ、TGF-β1的水平并进行比较。结果 IL-4水平DEACMP组低于及健康对照组(P<0.05),ACOP组低于健康对照组(P<0.05);IL-10水平DEACMP组低于ACOP组(P<0.05),ACOP组高于健康对照组(P<0.05);IFN-γ水平DEACMP组高于ACOP组及健康对照组(均P<0.05),ACOP组高于健康对照组(P<0.05);TGF-β1水平DEACMP组低于ACOP组及健康对照组(均P<0.05),ACOP组高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论 DEACMP的发生与神经免疫损伤机制有关。 Objective To explore the relationship between delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP) and neuro-immunology.Methods The serum levels of IL-4、IL-10、interferon-γ(IFN-γ) and transforming growth factor-β1 ( TGF-β1 ) in 30 patients with DEACMP ( DEACMP group ) , 27 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning without delayed encephalopathy ( ACOP group ) and 28 healthy controls ( healthy control group) were determined by ELISA .Comparing the results of each group .Results The level of IL-4 in DEACMP was significantly lower than that in healthy control group ( P〈0.05) ;and ACOP group was significantly lower than that in healthy control group (P〈0.05) .The level of IL-10 in DEACMP was significantly lower than that in ACOP group (P〈0.05);and ACOP group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group (P〈0.05).The level of IFN-γin DEACMP group was significantly higher than that of ACOP group and healthy control group (all P〈0.05);and ACOP group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group ( P〈0.05 ) .The level of TGF-β1 in DEACMP group was significantly lower than that of ACOP group and healthy control group ( all P〈0.05 ) ;and ACOP group was significantly higher than that of healthy control group ( P〈0.05) .Conclusion The occurrence of DEACMP is associated with neural immune mechanism of indury .
