摘要
目的探讨脑胶质瘤患者FAM46A基因表达水平与生存期的相关性。方法采用对临床样本进行定量PCR和免疫组化染色检测FAM46A基因的表达水平及对该基因与脑胶质瘤患者生存期进行相关性分析。结果脑胶质瘤组及高级别、低级别亚组的FAM46A基因mRNA表达水平显著高于正常对照组(均P<0.01)。与正常对照组比较,脑胶质瘤组FAM46A蛋白高表达比率显著升高,低表达比率显著降低(均P<0.01)。FAM46A蛋白高表达患者的总生存期和无进展生存期都分别显著低于低表达患者(P=0.033,P=0.042)。结论 FAM46A基因表达在脑胶质瘤组织中存在明显的上调,该基因可以作为预测脑胶质瘤患者生存期的相关因子。
Objective To investigate the correlation of the expression level of gene FAM 46A and the survival time of glioma patients .Methods Real-time PCR in clinical tissues and immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the expressive level of gene FAM 46A of clinical samples , and the association between the gene and survival of glioma patients was investigated .Results The expression level of FAM46A mRNA was significantly higher in glioma group, high and low pathological grade subgroups (all P〈0.01)than normal control group.Compared with normal control group,the proportion of high FAM46A protein abundance was significantly increased and low FAM 46A protein abundance was significantly decreased in glioma group ( all P〈0.01 ) .The overall survival and progression-free survival of patients with higher FAM46A expression were significantly worse than those with lower levels (P=0.033, P=0.042).Conclusion The expression level of FAM46A is significantly up-regulated in glioma tissue, and could be a prognostic factor to predict survival of glioma patients .
