3D打印技术辅助复杂主动脉夹层腔内治疗 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术对复杂主动脉夹层(Stanford B型)腔内治疗的术前评估的可行性和有效性。方法获取Stanford B型主动脉夹层CT数据,3D打印主动脉夹层关注部分;3D打印模型术前评估。结果 3D打印模型不仅能够准确辅助选择主动脉支架,而且能够评估支架不同位置导致的主动脉弓形变情况,从而辅助手术方案选择。结论 3D打印技术辅助复杂解剖条件的主动脉夹层腔内治疗方案选择是可行有效的方式。
