胰腺癌循环肿瘤细胞检测及临床应用进展

Circulating Tumor Cells in Pancreatic Cancer Patients: Methods of Detection and Clinical Implications

目的总结循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)的检测方法及其在胰腺癌诊治中的临床应用。方法对国内外相关文献进行综述分析。结果胰腺癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,早期诊断率低,局部浸润和转移发生率高,预后不良。CTCs是胰腺癌术后复发和转移的重要原因,其检测方法主要基于免疫细胞化学法和逆转录聚合酶链式反应。结论 CTCs检测作为"实时液体活检",在胰腺癌的早期诊断、治疗效果评估、预后分析等方面有较高的应用价值。

Objective To summary the detection methods of circulating tumor cells （CTCs） in pancreatic cancer patients and its clinical application. Methods Related domestic and foreign literatures were reviewed. Results Pancreatic cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in the world. The early diagnosis rate is low, the incidence of local invasion and metastasis is high, and the prognosis is very poor. The CTCs is one of the important causes of postoperative recurrence and metastasis, its detection methods based on immunocytochemistry （ICC） and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. Conclusions Detection of CTCs, regarding as a ＂real-time liquid biopsy＂, it has a high application value in the early diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and effect evaluation of pancreatic cancer, and it has become research frontier and focus.
