摘要
目的探讨第二代双源CT迭代重建技术联合低管电压(100 k Vp)扫描在颌面部CT检查中的应用价值。方法疑颌面部病变行CT扫描患者70例,A组35例采用100 k Vp扫描,迭代SAFIRE重建,选择强度3级;B组35例采用120 k Vp扫描,滤波反投影重建,其余条件不变。比较A、B两组的辐射剂量及图像的平均CT值、图像噪声、SNR、CNR、图像质量主观评分、诊断效能等。结果 A、B两组辐射剂量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组较B组有效辐射剂量(ED)降低了35.80%;与B组相比,A组图像噪声降低29.18%,SNR提高37.99%,CNR提高39.65%;且差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组图像的主观评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组重建图像对病变的诊断效能与临床诊断比较通过χ2检验差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论颌面部检查中运用第二代双源CT低管电压(100 k Vp)扫描联合SAFIRE重建技术,能保证图像质量,并显著降低辐射剂量。
Objective To investigate the application value of second generation dual source CT with low kilovoltage( 100 k Vp) and iterative reconstruction( SAFIRE) in maxillofacial region assessment in comparison with routine kilovoltage( 120 k Vp) and filtered back projection( FBP). Methods Doubted 70 cases of maxillofacial region lesions in patients with CT scan,35 cases in group A by 100 k Vp scan,SAFIRE reconstruction,selection intensity level 3; group B of 35 cases by 120 k Vp scan,FBP reconstruction,other conditions remaining unchanged; comparison of A,B two groups radiation dose and image noise,average CT,SNR,CNR image quality,subjective score,diagnosis efficiency etc. Results Comparison of radiation dose in these 2 groups,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05),the effective radiation does of group A is reduced by 35. 8% compare with group B,as well as image noise is reduced by 29. 18% %,SNR increased by 37. 99%,CNR increased by 39. 65%; and there are significant differences( P〈0. 05). No statistically significant subjective scores between the two groups of difference image( P〉0. 05). Two groups of image reconstruction for pathological diagnosis and clinical diagnosis efficiency by χ2test was not statistically significant( P〉0. 05). Conclusion A new second generation dual source CT using low tube voltage( 100 k Vp) scanning combined with SAFIRE reconstruction technique,could guaretee the qualify of the imaging and significantly reduce the radiation dose.
