宏基因组技术及其在奶牛乳房炎诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 现代医学认为,疾病的发生发展与菌群结构变化密切相关[1-4]。Aebi等利用DNA印迹杂交(Southern-blot hybridization)技术证明特定牛群支原体乳腺炎暴发和奶源介导的支原体群落感染有关[5]。发展不依赖于培养(Culture-independent)而且能够准确跟踪疾病发生发展过程中全部菌群变化的宏基因组学(Metagenomics)鉴别技术对疾病的早期防控至关重要。
