维生素D3在2型糖尿病人群中的性别差异 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解2型糖尿病患者血清维生素D3水平在不同性别组中的差异.方法按WHO1999年关于糖尿病的诊断标准诊断糖尿病.检查生化指标、甲功和人体参数等.按不同性别分组,比较不同性别组间维生素D3水平与各指标之间的相关性.结果维生素D3与性别、糖尿病病程、T3、FT3、吸烟史呈正相关(P<0.05),男性2型糖尿病组中维生素D3与FT3有相关性(P<0.05),女性2型糖尿病组中维生素D3与T3有相关性(P<0.01).结论维生素D3水平2型糖尿病代谢指标中存在性别差异. Objective To study the gender differences of serum vitamin D3 level in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus.Methods According to WHO1999 year on diabetes diagnosis standard of diabetes. The biochemical indexes of thyroid function and the parameters of the human body, etc. were detected. The correlation of the serum vitamin D3 level in patients with different gender and each index was analyzed. Results Vit D3 was associated with gender, duration of diabetes, T3, FT3, smoking history was, in men with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the group of Vit D3 was correlated with FT3, there was a correlation between type 2 diabetic women with T3.Conclusion Serum vitamin D3 level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has gender difference.
