Therapeutic update of Ebola virus disease in west Africa

摘要 埃博拉病毒病传染性强,病死率高,目前尚无疫苗和特异性药物。现将解放军援塞医疗队塞拉利昂埃博拉留观治疗中心的治疗经验进行总结,并结合文献报道,对一些试验性药物的使用情况及临床试验开展情况进行综述,以期为今后应对该疾病提供依据。 Ebola virus disease（EVD） has high infectivity and high mortality. There are no vaccines or antiviral drugs available for EVD. The therapeutic experience obtained by the medical aid team of Chinese PLA working in a holding and treatment center in Freetown, Sierra Leone was summarized, and the use of several experimental drugs and the development of clinical trials were reviewed as well based on some literatures and evidences in hope of providing reference for addressing EVD.
