颌面骨骼重塑:容貌巨变的美容外科愿景 被引量:1

摘要 整形美容外科的最高追求和境界是获得理想的容貌,弥补先天缺陷,改善后天不足,实现更美的追求.整形外科历经近百年的发展,人体体表的畸形修复和功能重建已取得了巨大的成功,同时它也赋予社会和个人对美好形体和容貌追求的巨大想象空间.现在我们意识到,整形外科医师不仅可以有效地处理皮肤和浅层软组织的缺陷和不足,而且还可以精确地重塑和改造颌面骨性结构,甚至能够“随心所欲”地改变个体的容貌.笔者试图从目前显露的技术革新的曙光中,分析其对颌面骨性结构改形的价值作用,构略出未来其对个体容貌重塑的现实可能性.
