颈动脉支架成形术致视网膜中央动脉栓塞一例 被引量：3

摘要 颈动脉支架成形术（carotid artery stenting,CAS）已经成为治疗颈动脉狭窄、预防缺血性脑血管病的有效方法,但术中斑块的脱落仍是CAS的主要并发症之一.CAS中斑块的脱落一般发生于大脑半球区域,但有时也可引起视网膜中央动脉或视网膜分支动脉的栓塞.颈动脉分叉处斑块脱落是视网膜中央动脉或视网膜分支动脉栓塞最常见的病因.我们介绍1例CAS中斑块脱落导致视网膜中央动脉栓塞的病例,分析其发病机制及治疗措施.
