SWEDDs临床特点及其研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 SWEDDs,是Scans Without Evidence of Dopaminergic Deficits的缩写,SWEDDs患者即指那些根据临床特征被诊断为帕金森病而其多巴胺转运体（dopamine transporter,DAT）扫描结果正常的患者,也即早期、不确定性帕金森样患者.通常情况下,他们并不是真正的帕金森病患者[1].因此,提高对SWEDDs的识别率,尽早诊断,具有重要的意义.
