摘要
基于动态平均数的目标管理,解决了传统目标管理中目标设定、过程控制等难题,并提供了一种以系数为中心的考核激励方法,在烟草企业中有广泛的应用前景,同样适用于其它行业的企业及具有相同结构的其它组织。
Management by objectives(MBO) based on dynamic mean solves problems such as target setting and process control in the traditional MBO. It provides a method for performance evaluation and staff encouragement based on factors. It has broad application prospects in tobacco enterprises, and also is applicable to other industry and organizations with the same management structure.
