摘要 教师的专业化发展视域下,社会对教师质量的要求已从一般型教师向专家型教师转变。与此同时,教师的职业道德也随之发生了相应的变化,即从一般型的职业道德向教师专业道德的升华。在现代教育发展中,培养师范生的教师专业道德,被越来越多的研究者所关注。我国师范生教师专业道德的培养现状不尽人意,积极探索师范生教师专业道德的发展已成为高师院校紧急而重要的任务。本文通过分析当前师范生教师专业道德面临的现实困境,探究师范生教师道德专业培养的对策。 With the teachers' professional development, the society requires the teachers to be expert teachers rather than plain teachers. At the same time, the corresponding changes of teachers' work ethics have taken place, that is, the teachers' work ethics should be professional too. In the development of modern education, to cultivate normal school students' professional morality has aroused the attention of more and more researchers. Now in our country, the cultivation of the normal school students' professional ethics is not enough. Actively to explore the development of the normal school students' professional ethics has become an urgent and important task for normal universities. This article through the analysis of the dilemma of the professional ethics that normal school students are currently faced with, explore the normal school student' moral education.
