多维互动法在高校教学中的SWOT分析及对策研究

为了更好地探索多维互动教学法在高校教学中的教学效果,通过引入SWOT分析法,对影响高校互动教学的内部因素的优势与劣势、外部条件的机遇与挑战进行系统分析与总结;选择SWOT分析矩阵,提出提高互动教学的SO、ST、WO和WT四方面对策:抓住外部机遇、把内部优势做大做强,多层面多角度加强对多维互动教学法的研究、提高多维互动教学的效果的SO对策;在外部条件有利的情况下、尽可能把内部劣势变为优势,努力提高教师教学素质、加强课程信息资源库建设的ST对策;应对外界环境威胁、尽可能发挥内部优势,正确面对互动教学中的挫折和困难、发挥互动教学的优势的WO对策;面对外界威胁和内部劣势时,要注重互动教学的制度建设、积极应对影响多维互动教学的各种不利因素的WT对策。期望能给高校教师课堂教学有所借鉴。

In order to better explore the teaching effect of the multidimensional interactive teaching method in Colleges teaching, this paper introduces SWOT analysis method, which systematically analyzes and summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of the internal factors and the opportunities and threats of the external conditions which impact on the Colleges interactive teaching. It selects the SWOT analysis matrix, put forward the four aspects of countermeasures of SO, ST, WO and WT which can increase the interactive teaching effect, such as the countermeasures of SO which catch the external opportunities and make internal strengths bigger and stronger, and which strengthen the research of multidimensional interactive teaching methods from different aspects to improve the teaching effect, and the countermeasures of ST which make the weaknesses of the internal factors into strengths as far as possible, and which improve the quality of teaching hard and strengthen the construction of course information resource in the case of favorable external conditions, and the countermeasures of WO which respond to external environmental threats and play the internal strengths as much as possible, and which correctly confront the difficulties and setbacks in interactive teaching and take the strengths of interactive teaching, and the countermeasures of WT which confront the external threats and the internal weaknesses, which pay attention to the system construction of interactive teaching and actively respond to the adverse factors influencing the multidimensional interactive teaching. I hope this paper can be a reference for college teachers in classroom teaching.
