摘要
对大底盘双塔部分框支剪立墙结构的框支层部分梁柱节点空洞的工程事故进行了原因分析,对结构现状安全风险进行了评估,提出加固处理方案,并对节点剔打后的加固施工期间安全性进行了模拟计算,严控后期监测,确保按加固方案有效实施,经多年使用验证加固的有效性及可靠性。
The frame- supported beam-column connection void accident of the frame-supported shear wall structure of a big base foundation with twin towers is analyzed for causes, the current structural safety risk is evaluated, the reinforcement plan is presented and the safety in reinforcement construction is simulated for calculation. The late stage condition is strictly tested to ensure the effective implementation of the reinforcement plan and its efficiency and reliability are validated after years of use.
