摘要 高职人才培养模式的建构,一直是我国高职教育理论和实践层面的热点和难点问题。黎明职业大学影视多媒体技术专业主动对接区域产业发展与人才需求,确立创作型人才培养目标和"三‘合一’"人才培养模式,并依据人才培养模式,创新课程体系和教学内容,改革教学方法与教学手段。在多年的办学实践中,行之有效,多有成果,既可为高职院校影视多媒体技术人才培养提供借鉴,亦可丰富高职理论研究的实证个案。 The training mode construction of higher vocational talents, has been a hot and difficult problems in our higher vocational education theory and practice.Liming Vocational University television multimedia technology major active docking regional industry development and talent demand, the establishment of creative talents training objectives and"three 'oneness' "talent training mode, and according to the personnel training mode, the innovation of curriculum system and teaching content reform, teaching method andteaching means. After many years' practice of running a school, it proves to be effeetive and fruitful. It can provide reference for the vocational college multimediatechnology personnel training, can rich the theoretical research empiricalcase.
